Braves general manager Frank Wren said Friday that even with the possibility that Brandon Beachy could need a second Tommy John surgery, the team is not considering adding another starting pitcher. With the news earlier in the week that Kris Medlen would need his second operation, the team quickly went out and signed Ervin Santana. As it stands, they appear to be content with a rotation featuring Santana, Julio Teheran, Alex Wood, Freddy Garcia and David Hale to begin the season, while Mike Minor and Gavin Floyd work their way back from injuries.
