Kris Medlen (elbow) will visit Dr. James Andrews on Monday. Medlen is pretty much resigned to the fact that he'll need Tommy John surgery, but he won't make a final decision until after he meets with Dr. Andrews. It would be the right-hander's second Tommy John procedure.
