Jarrod Parker was annihilated in his Cactus League debut against the Giants on Friday, surrendering six runs on five hits in only 1 1/3 innings of work. Parker also walked one, hit a batter and fanned two in the forgettable performance. Slated to be the Opening Day starter for the A's this season, the 25-year-old hurler still has plenty of time to work out the kinks before the regular season begins.
