Mike Puma of the New York Post hears that the Mets are still "somewhat" interested in free agent reliever Mitchell Boggs. Puma hears that "nothing is on the front burner" for the Mets' bullpen, so a deal might not come together. Boggs was non-tendered by the Rockies in December after posting an 8.10 ERA in 23 1/3 innings of work at the major league league in 2013. The 29-year-old has enjoyed some success in the past, so he could be worth the gamble.
