Rangers recalled LHP Joe Ortiz from Triple-A Round Rock. He'll take the place of Ross Wolf in the Rangers' bullpen. Ortiz has a 3.96 ERA and 22/8 K/BB ratio over 36 1/3 innings with the big club this season.
