Freese hyperextended his left elbow Wednesday, and expects to be out at least a few days, Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register reports. Freese apparently suffered the injury during a collision in Wednesday's Cactus League game against the Indians. The 31-year-old, who has 11 hits in 39 at-bats this spring, said he does not think he will need to miss extended time as a result of the issue.
