Sale (foot) did some running Monday and will pitch in some type of game situation on Friday, ESPN Chicago's Doug Padilla reports. He is scheduled to throw a bullpen session Tuesday, and continues to progress in his recovery from the foot injury he sustained earlier in camp. It will be worth checking in to see what he is able to get done Friday, but it's looking like he will be joining Chicago's rotation in mid-April.
