Espinosa got a start at third base in Saturday's split-squad game against the Marlins, the Washington Post reports. While this could be a sign that the Nats are worried Anthony Rendon (knee) won't be available for Opening Day, it could also be as simple as getting Espinosa better acclimated to his utility role this season. He's having a rough spring at the plate as he adapts to hitting exclusively from the right side, posting a .138/.219/.310 slash line with a 3:9 BB:K ratio in 29 at-bats.
