Romo will make his spring debut Sunday, the San Francisco Chronicle's John Shea reports. He was slow to get going in camp because of a sore shoulder, but now that he is lineup up to get into a game, he should have plenty of time to get ready for the start of the regular season. Romo will start off as the Giants' setup man, but would probably be the first player in line to replace Santiago Casilla as the closer if the need arises.
