Lynn (hip), who will miss his scheduled start Friday, returned to the mound instead for a bullpen session, MLB.com reports. If all goes well Lynn should be on track to return to game action sometime late next week. The hip flexor strain was diagnosed as minor so it shouldn't linger all that long. Assuming he has no more setbacks his availability for the start of the season should be fine.
