Andrus left Sunday's workout early with a sore left knee, but the Rangers do not believe the injury to be serious, Fox Sports Southwest's Anthony Andro reports. Andrus should be considered day-to-day for now, as the Rangers will likely give him a couple days off to rest his knee. Continue to monitor his status later in the week, but for now he should not be discounted on draft boards.
