Lee (elbow) is scheduled to make his first start of spring training on Thursday against the Astros, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Lee, who will throw his second live batting practice of the spring on Saturday, is on schedule with the rest of the Phillies' starters. He is expected to pitch two innings Thursday.
