Hellickson is considered to be among the locks to begin the year in the Diamondbacks' rotation, the Arizona Republic reports. In order to keep that spot, Hellickson will have to rebound from a disappointing 2014 campaign. Moving from the American League to the National League is largely offset by having to pitch half of his games at hitter-friendly Chase Field. While Josh Collmenter is likely the favorite to receive the Opening Day start for Arizona, Hellickson may be on the short list receiving consideration.
