Gordon (wrist) said Thursday there is no chance he will miss Opening Day, Jeffrey Flanagan of the team's official site reports.Gordon hasn't received medical clearance yet, but he believes there is no chance he won't be available for Opening Day. The veteran outfielder could be limited throughout spring training as he prepares for the start of the season, but is coming off of his two poorest full seasons of his major league career, posting a .266/.351/.432 batting line with 19 home runs and 74 RBI in 2014. While his numbers aren't bad, it seems more likely he will continue on the path set the last two seasons than return to his form the two years before that.
