Parker (elbow) is projected to return to the A's in June, reports Jane Lee of MLB.com. Parker's 2014 Tommy John Surgery was the second of his career and manager Bob Melvin noted on Sunday that the team would be particularly careful with Parker because of that. It is unclear what role Parker will have once he does return, but with the A's likely to take a large amount of caution with him, it is difficult to see him providing much fantasy value in 2015.
