Garcia (shoulder) has been rehabbing well but is still not ready to compete at the major league level according to GM John Mozeliak, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Garcia has reported feeling great after undergoing shoulder surgery last July, and while he's hopeful to return by the start of the 2015 season, Mozeliak's comments should be some cause for concern. When he does return, it's hard to know what to expect out of the 28-year-old as injuries have limited him to just 16 MLB appearances since 2012.
