Parker (elbow) is not expected to be ready for Opening Day, FOX Sports' Jon Morosi reports. The A's have not ruled Parker out entirely for the start of the season, but it appears he will not be ready when the real games kick off. It's not exactly clear where Parker stands in his recovery from Tommy John surgery, but he should join Oakland's rotation at some point this season after missing the entire 2014 campaign.
