Wieters (elbow) has been throwing for about three weeks in his return from Tommy John surgery, MASN Sports reports. Wieters remains questionable for Opening Day and the Orioles recently claimed Ryan Lavarnway off waivers as a backup plan.We do not know the extent of Wieters' throwing plan at the moment, but we should learn more about how aggressive he has been throwing in the offseason as we get closer to pitchers and catchers reporting.
