GM Ruben Amaro Jr. said Rollins (hamstring) will not lose playing time next season as part of the Phillies' rebuilding process, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The Phillies do not have a prospect at short that is ready for playing time in the majors, so keeping Rollins won't impact the playing time of younger guys outside of Freddy Galvis, who profiles as a utility player. Rollins has 10 and 5 rights which allows him to block any trade. Thus far, he has expressed no interest in going to another team.
