Sandoval followed up his two-hit performance Wednesday with a three-hit, four RBI showing Thursday against the Padres. Sandoval had been dealing with a minor hip injury over the past week, and that may have been the reason for his mini-slump. But with two consecutive multi-hit performances, it looks as if he is back to his usual self.
