The Nationals will re-evaluate Zimmermann's pitching shoulder on Sunday after he got hit with a Casey McGahee line drive during Saturday's game, the Washington Post reports. "We're not going to take any chances there," Nats manager Matt Williams said. "I would assume he'll be pretty sore [Sunday]. He's got a pretty good welt on his shoulder." Zimmermann avoided serious injury, but if the Nationals still have a cushion in the race for the NL's best record they may elect to skip his final regular season start as a precaution.
