The Blue Jays were worried enough about Encarnacion's back to send him for an MRI prior to Friday's game, but he eased concerns by blasting a homer off Hiroki Kuroda just hours later. Encarnacion's in the lineup again Saturday, so it doesn't seem like something that will cost him time, though the team could always opt for a maintenance day before the end of the season.
