Ellsbury left Friday's game with an apparent right hamstring injury, Mark Feinsand of New York Daily News reports. Ellsbury was replaced in center field by Brett Gardner, who moved over from left field,, while Chris Young entered the game in left. At this point, Ellsbury should be considered day-to-day.
