Bumgarner struck out six and walked two while holding the D-backs to two runs on seven hits over six innings Wednesday. He did not factor in the decision, as Arizona rookie Andrew Chafin turned in a similarly productive quality start for the D-backs. With the Giants still pushing to secure a playoff spot, Bumgarner has two more turns in the rotation lined up before the end of the regular season. He'll take the ball against the Dodgers on Tuesday before making a second start in the regular season finale on September 28 against the Padres.
