Lynn gave up one run on five hits and one walk with five strikeouts in seven innings Tuesday against the Brewers. The Cardinals' bullpen (Trevor Rosenthal) gave up the lead, denying Lynn of his 16th win of the season. It was easy to point to Lynn's solid strikeout rate and suggest he'd be a valuable fantasy pitcher once again this season, but hardly anyone could have predicted he'd have a sub-3.00 ERA, and that should be the case, as he currently boasts a 2.68 ERA with two starts left on the schedule. He'll take the mound next on Monday in Chicago and then will pitch the Cardinals' final game of the regular season Sept. 28 in Arizona.
