Papelbon has been suspended seven games and fined for his actions after blowing a save Sunday, CSN Philadelphia reports. Papelbon made a lewd gesture toward fans while walking back to the dugout and was subsequently ejected from the game. He will not appeal the suspension, which begins Monday night. Papelbon will be eligible to return Tuesday, Sept. 23 when the Phillies take on the Marlins.
