Castro left Tuesday's game with an apparent leg injury after sliding awkwardly at home plate in the bottom of the first inning, the Chicago Tribune's Mark Gonzales reports. The play didn't look good, and it was an unnecessary injury as there wasn't a play at the plate. Given the Cubs' lack of incentive to win the game, there wasn't any reason to leave him in, especially with a three-run lead early against Milwaukee. Javier Baez moved to shortstop and Logan Watkins came in to play second base. We'll follow up when the Cubs announce the severity of the injury.
