Ruggiano (ankle) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Orioles. Ruggiano was scratched from Saturday's lineup because of ankle soreness and it appears it will hold him out of Sunday's game as well. Matt Szczur will start in right field and bat eighth for the Cubs in his place.
