Taxi Squad First Season Rookie Restriction

We have added the ability to restrict the Taxi Squad to first season rookies only.

The new setting will allow commissioners to restrict the Taxi Squad to rookies only (those players with the graduation cap icons). The second (default) option keeps the Taxi Squad open to any player. Commissioners can find the setting by going to League » Settings » Edit Roster Requirements » Custom and selecting the Taxi Squad edit option.

Prior to this enhancement, there were no Taxi Squad restriction settings available.
