More Taxi Restrictions

Commissioners now have more options for configuring Taxi Squads by going to League » Settings » Edit Roster Restrictions » Custom and then selecting the edit button for the Taxi Squad. Eligibility can now be restricted to:

• Rookies only
• Rookies + 2nd year
• Rookies + 2nd year + 3rd year
• Everyone

Previously, rookies only and everyone were the only two options.
