Is there a consolation bracket for teams that don't make the playoffs?

Yes. The consolation bracket is automatically scheduled. There is also a third-place game involving the losers of the semi-final round.

Note: Fleaflicker only applies the 3rd place game to the final standings in redraft leagues (otherwise there's an incentive for the owners to deliberately lose the 3rd place game to gain a better draft position for next season).
