How can I schedule bye weeks for the playoffs?

Fleaflicker automatically schedules the correct number of first-round byes required for your playoff bracket so that there are no byes required for subsequent rounds.

This means that the number of teams remaining in round 2 must be a power of 2.

Examples

• 6 teams: 2 byes, 4 teams in round 2, 2 teams in round 3, 1 champion
• 7 teams: 1 bye, 4 teams in round 2,
• 8 teams: 0 byes, 4 teams in round 2
• 9 teams: 7 byes, 8 teams in round 2
• 10 teams: 6 byes, 8 teams in round 2
• 11 teams: 5 byes, 8 teams in round 2
