It's really sucks as someone who lives in Arizona,, there somedays are zero hours available after work where I can submit a waiver claim after work before 4:00 AM. I pretty much have to make claims on the clock if I want to do it. This is especially frustrating when the website already is unpredictable with waiver claims so if something goes wrong the waiver claim will be canceled anyway.
Your waiver claim should reflect your roster on the day you are making that claim. Or you should be able to select locked players to be waived since the claim is happening when they won't be locked anyway.
