Include a date (start or start and end for a range) or a week argument (similar to FetchLeagueScoreboard) to allow filtering.

As it stands currently, if you want to grab Activity, you have to grab everything and just increment the results offset over and over until there aren't any more results because you can't filter previous activity out without making the api call.
