Or a timer during email drafts and the option to set a draft queue for when your turn is up in the next pick or 2 but you have to go to bed or work and cant get to your phone or computer again for 8-12 hrs and people say cmon hurry up you slow poke when you were ready but unable to pick. If you were able to set a queue and stash a couple players that you would want to pick and whichever is left automatically is added to your roster and the draft speeds along not drags for hours/days.

It would be nice to have a descending timer the later you go in a draft similar to the NFL
