Create 1 league with 2 conferences with a separate draft for each

I would like to have 1 league with 24 teams divided into 2 conferences. Each conference has a separate draft using the same players. Each player can only be used once per conference.
I'm in a 32 team league that does this. 2 seperate leagues that are really just confrences. The only week that has to be done manually (ff still scores the teams . we just do the math )is championship week . since we also play 2 games a week, one from your confrence ( normal ) & one from other confrence ( compare the scores manually) the extra work to compare scores is no big deal. It would be good if they supported this format but for now we have a work around.
