I'm speaking of adding a draft pick (1st Rd, 12th overall pick for example) to the trading block without a player. Currently as stated earlier, you can't solely put a draft pick on the trading block alone. I'm suggesting having the ability to trade a 1st Rd pick back in the draft and pick up an additional pick or trade up picks by adding a pick the a trade.
