A few years ago, I made the suggestion to let owners add draft picks to the trading block. I got response saying that it wasn't supported at the time (which we all know). Has there be any update or further consideration of this option over the last two years?
When you add a player to the trading block, you can share what position you are looking to fill and select if you want to make a 1st through 5th round pick a part of the deal. You also have a comments box where you can be explicit as to what you are looking for.
Thanks for the response. I understand what you're saying. I'm speaking of adding a draft pick (1st Rd, 12th overall pick for example) to the trading block without a player. Currently as stated earlier, you can't solely put a draft pick on the trading block alone. I'm suggesting having the ability to trade a 1st Rd pick back in the draft and pick up an additional pick or trade up picks by adding a pick the a trade.
