Our league credits defenses for blocked punts (+2).
This from the NFL website:
(12:02) 4th & 25 at WAS 10: punt is BLOCKED by J.Johnson, Center-T.Addington, ball out of bounds at WAS 9.
This didn't impact the outcome of a playoff game, but the Jets defense wasn't credited for the block punt. Curious why they didn't receive credit.
Also, this should have resulted in a 4th down stop, which would also credit the defense +2 points?
