It depends. If no draft picks were involved, it is pretty straightforward. Just edit the rosters. OR ,If you have cooperative managers, they can just trade the players back to one another. If you are talking about erasing the trade like it never happened, I don't think that is possible. All this assuming you are the commissioner.
If this is is for the draft pick on the clock, you can stop the draft, make the required adjustments as commissioner, and restart the draft. You probably should alert the league before doing so.
