If you have the league set on retain all players. Each owner must reduce the amount off players they have to create draft picks. All my leagues are set that way because so many owners struggle with setting keepers on time. Works great for large keeper or dynasty leagues.
If you are in a keeper league, it may be that you have too many keepers set so there will be limited space on your roster when keepers are released. If there is space for just 3 players, for example, you will see only 3 draft picks available and the others marked "unused." Try unchecking a few keepers and then go back and look at your picks to see if it made a difference.
The difference I see is in K.C.D.L.12 and K.C.D.L.11 is that in 12 you have “retain all players at start of draft” where for 11 you have it set to “release all non keepers at start of draft”
I have tried it both ways, trying to go with retain all players at start of draft so we don't have to set keepers every year. Nothing changes, this is the only league I am having this issue with out of 12 leagues.
Yeah after looking at a bunch of your leagues that’s the only thing I see that is different between Kansas City Dynasty League 12 and the other leagues. So if you did try and switch it and it didn’t work then idk.

That issue will be fixed when the roster sizes are expanded for the rookie draft.

We have 2024 draft picks that are saying unused, rosters are already expanded to 50 players.

What league is this happening to you? You are in a bunch of leagues so it is hard to determine what the problem is.

Agreed. The correct setting is "Plan to clear non-keepers at start of draft."
