I am reviewing our league rules before the draft. In the trade review area, 24 and 48 hours are the only options available. Is there a way to set it so trades are approved immediately so that guys aren't waiting for the approval process or does it have to be done manually by me as commish?

You have to push it manually. If you have one or two trusted owners you can make co-commisioners, that can help speed things along.
