I am a bit confused on something we saw happen in our league today. A team (Chooch) who has had $0 left in their waiver budget since September 21st was allowed to place a claim on a player (Dorian Thompson-Robinson) and the bid shows as a $1 bid. What makes this even more complexing is our league is setup with the setting "Allow $0 Bids" set to "No". Can someone explain how this is possible?
Did Chooch win the bid? No. So why is this an issue for you? If Chooch was the only one to bid $1 he wouldn't have won the bid because he didn't have $1. If someone else bid $1, they would win the bid and it would say that Chooch bid $1 but it was invalid because he had $0.
