Currently our commissioners who manage leagues with with salary caps are handling the cap details offline (typically in a spreadsheet). We would like to add it to the site at some point down the road if it continues to be a popular request. Hope this info helps!
I as a commish in a salary cap league use google docs to maintain records, and use spotrac.com as an official source of salary cap dollar amounts. It takes some work to create, but once finished it is handled pretty easily.
