Our dynasty league wants the draft order to be based on optimal points. I can't seem to locate a season long optimal point calculation based on the previous years. Does this exist or will we need to manually calculate?

Yes, Leaders and then look at the Optimum PF column. It can be sorted high to low or the reverse,
