Most sites have a limit as to how many starts by a pitcher you can have in a given weekly period, specifically for daily lineups. I think it's 12 on espn. Is there a limit on fleaflicker? Or can you start as many pitchers as you want? Thanks
Our league uses a points system that gives negative points for starts over our weekly amount. In our case it is 12 so if some starts a 13th pitcher they get -25 points.

No limit. Just lower the amount of SP/P starting slots, max SP bench, and weekly transactions your teams can have per week.
