3 owners in my league submitted a claim for Brandin Cooks. 1 had the highest bid and the other 2 had $0 bids. 2 of the owners 1 with the highest bid and 1 with a $0 bid had their claims invalidated as their IR was invalid and the other owner with a $0 bid was able to claim him. The players on their IRs are eligible so Im unsure what the issue was. Anyone else see a similar issue?

I do not have access to the details of the waiver claims. However, they may have been trying to add Cooks, who has an injury designation, by placing him directly on IR w/o the need to drop a player. This can be done but only if the player is IR-eligible for the particular league at the time of the actual waiver claim. See Below

Can I claim an injured player if I have room on my IR if my active roster is full?

Yes, if you have IR space and the player meets your minimum IR requirement, you can claim them and roster them – though they'll be automatically placed on your IR.
