Look at your roster. For each player there is a "status" toggle. You use this to move players between your bench and your starting lineup. If a player is eligible for taxi, there will be that option in that drop down list. Same for IR list. What confuses some people is that they are looking at players that are not eligible and wondering why they don't see the status options. Eligibility is determined by your commissioner and differs between most leagues.
