Go to League » Settings » Delete Team and choose which team(s) you want to delete. (Any players currently rostered on those teams will be cut and sent back to the player pool.) After the teams have been deleted, you can go to League » Settings » Edit League Size to make adjustments to the league size.

predraft...owner doesn't want to continue...we want to shrink the league...it only allows an owner to be deleted, not the entire team...

As Commish, go to League Settings. Look for "Edit League Size" in the Membership category. Reduce the number of teams.

I tried that. It wouldn't let me so long as the team I want to delete is there.
"Your league already has more than 11 teams in it. Choose a larger size."
