Unless I'm mistaken, there's no controls on the IR spot--e.g. owners can make roster moves even if player in IR spot is no longer eligible.
Any way to disallow roster moves (i.e. starting lineups) and/or waiver adds until IR player is activated?
If a player on your team's IR becomes healthy and is no longer eligible for IR, your team will not be allowed to add free agents until the ineligible player is "activated" from IR (i.e., assigned to the active roster) or cut.
